此裝置是將械加工過程中產(chǎn)生的切削收集、輸送至集屑箱中的機床輔助設備?？蓮V泛應用于重型機床、組合機床加工中心、專機自動線產(chǎn)生的長屑、團屑和特殊材料切屑的輸送。輸送效率高、排屑量大,鏈條節(jié)距為101.6mm/150mm,鏈板采用5-8mm鋼板,結構為鉸接式鏈板。主要零部件均經(jīng)耐磨及耐腐蝕處理,工作運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),配有機械過載保護裝置,安全可靠。(電氣過載報警裝置可選配)此裝置是重型機床單機或車間集中排屑線的理想配套產(chǎn)品。
